Trust & billing guarantees

AI subscriptions have a reputation for vanishing credits and surprise charges. This page spells out how TulexAI billing actually behaves — not policy aspirations, but how the platform is built.

Failed generations refund themselves

Before every generation we reserve the estimated token cost. If the provider fails, the reservation is refunded automatically — no ticket, no waiting. And the reconciliation is symmetric: if a call ends up using less than the estimate, the difference comes back to your balance; if it uses more, the difference is charged. You pay for what actually ran, in both directions.

Cancel anytime, self-serve

Cancellation is a button in Settings → Subscription — no email, no chat with a retention team. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can reactivate just as easily if you change your mind.

Published prices, estimated before you send

Every model's Platform Token cost is published on the pricing page. Inside the app you see the estimated cost of a request before you send it, and a live token balance that updates after every reply — no opaque credits, no end-of-month surprises.

Real model names on every message

Each reply is labeled with the model that actually produced it. If we ever have to serve a different model than the one you picked — a provider outage, or our budget protection stepping in — the message says so explicitly. We never substitute a model silently.

Tokens renew monthly and roll over

Your plan's full token allocation is re-credited on every renewal. Unused tokens roll over for one month, so your balance can grow up to two months' worth of your plan. Purchased top-up tokens are separate: they never expire.

Hard caps — your plan price is the ceiling

There is no usage-based billing running behind your back. When your token budget is fully used, requests are blocked until you top up or your month renews — spend stops at 100% of your budget. Overspend protection runs before every single generation call.
