1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TulexAI ("the Service"), operated at tulexai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TulexAI ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

TulexAI is a multi-model AI platform that provides access to third-party AI models for text generation, image generation, video generation, code generation, and voice synthesis through a unified interface and token-based billing system.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans and Tokens

The Service operates on a subscription model with monthly plans. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of Platform Tokens (PT) that can be spent across supported AI models. Token costs vary by model and operation type.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Unused subscription tokens roll over for one billing period (your balance can hold up to two months' allocation). Purchased top-up tokens never expire while your account is active.
  • Token top-up packages are non-refundable once purchased.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the token system, or exploit the platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs for commercial API purposes.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to the rights of underlying AI model providers, you own the outputs generated through your use of the Service.

6.2 No Guarantees

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using any generated content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

6.3 Third-Party Models

The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). These providers have their own terms of service and usage policies that may apply to the generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TulexAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TulexAI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
