The terms, in plain language.

What we pay

50% of your referral's first subscription payment. If they redeemed a discount code that your link carried, we compute your commission on the full list price, not the discounted charge - the promo comes out of our half, not yours.

20% of every subsequent subscription payment they make during their first 12 months, calculated on the amount we actually collected net of payment-processing fees.

On an annual plan, where twelve months arrive as one payment, we apply the same split to that single invoice: the first month at 50%, the remaining eleven at 20%. A yearly referral and a monthly one earn you the same rate - we do not want the plan you recommend to depend on which pays you more.

Commissions stop after month 12 of each referral's subscription. There is no cap on how many people you refer.

Attribution

Your link sets a 90-day attribution window, last click wins. A signup inside the window is locked to you permanently - later clicks on other links do not reassign it.

One-off token top-ups do not pay commission. Only subscription payments do.

Holds and payouts

First-payment commission is withdrawable 60 days after the charge; recurring commission after 30 days. Held commission is shown in your dashboard as earned - it is yours, it is just not yet withdrawable, because card disputes and refunds overwhelmingly land inside those windows.

Minimum payout is $10. One Pro referral clears it by itself. Payouts go out by bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal.

Refunds, disputes, clawbacks

Commission is paid on money we keep. If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed by the same amount - never more. If a dispute is later resolved in our favor, the commission is restored.

Partial refunds reduce the commission in proportion to what was refunded, and commission on any payment never exceeds the cash that payment left us.

What gets a partner removed

Self-referral in any form (your own accounts, your cards, your household pretending to be customers), paid-search bidding on TulexAI brand terms, coupon-site spam, incentivized signups, and undisclosed promotion. US (FTC) and UK (ASA/CMA) rules require a clear "I earn a commission" near your link - bio-only disclosure does not count.

Removal forfeits held commission from fraudulent referrals only. Legitimately earned commission is paid out even if the partnership ends.

Changes

If we change these terms, existing referrals keep the schedule they signed up under for their full 12-month window. Changes apply to new referrals only, with 30 days' notice by email to active partners.
