Yes. Consumer-protection rules in the US (FTC), UK (ASA/CMA) and most other markets require creators to clearly and conspicuously disclose material connections - a plain "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" or #ad near the link is enough. Buried footnotes and bio-only disclosures don't count.
